Who We Are
Downsizing can be challenging, hard, traumatic, and emotional and we are here to help! We want to make it easier for families to downsize while easily maintaining daily life and family relationships.

We have over 25 years of experience as downsizing experts. Downsize and Age in Place, Declutter, Pack & Unpack, are some of our extensive service offerings.

We offer a wide range of services tailored to meet your needs. From top-notch full service with our entire team to a team of 2 experts, we can help as little or as much as you would like or need.
Our team is committed to treating your home like our very own. We know exactly what that is like, since we have completed 3 family sales of our own out of over 1,300 projects completed!
Decluttering
Need a team that is very patient to help with "Slow Sorting", or you want to do "Quick Edits", or Bin Sorting can be an in between. At our first meeting, we will talk about what you want!

We will make a custom plan for you and your family. We can go as fast as you want (we can be fast), or as slow as you want ( a team of 2 for 3 hours).

Whatever your goal is, we will accomplish it.

We will come up with a plan to help as little or as much as you want. We can do projects with a full staff of 6-12, and get it completed in a week or two, or you might want to take everything slow, we can offer a 3 hour a day minimum with a team of 2.
